🌟 Today is International Day of Happiness and, we wish you all the happiness in the world!
Today we can celebrate personal achievements or little things that bring us joy: a cup of coffee, taking your dog out for a walk, catching up with a friend.
🎈 With 2023 and 2022 having been highly eventful for many of us, we are encouraging everybody to try to focus on their mental health. If you found what makes you happy, keep doing it–chances are, it will keep working. If not, explore things that interest you–maybe you will find a new hobby. Allow yourself to be happy even during difficult times. Check on your friends and family too, and let’s all make each other happier by creating a safe, healthy, and equal space!
