For too long, communities have been left out of the human rights response, being denied a voice when it is most crucial.

To combat this, Manushya Foundation provides subgrants to marginalized communities who are the most at risk of human rights violations and facing the most adverse impacts of  business conducts. Our subgrant is accompanied with security trainings and mentorship, as well as full on Monitoring & Evaluation covered by Manushya Foundation to ensure Human Rights Defenders can focus their energy on their fundamental work on the ground, while protecting themselves and becoming their own agents of change.
