2026 opens with the same crises, just repackaged.
🏭 Imperialist resource grabs under the guise of “liberating oppressed nations”
💰 Corporations investing millions in PR to rebrand their harm as “green” and “community-centred”
🚨 Transnational repression and digital dictatorship tightening quietly across borders
🌏 Displacement of native populations through genocide and crimes against humanity based on false entitlement over land
This year, as Decolonial & Intersectional Feminists, we at Manushya Foundation remain committed to confronting these powers.
👇 Here’s our 2026 non-negotiables:
South-South Solidarity.
People over profit.
Human rights for the people, by the people.
Care as resistance.
✊ Now more than ever, feminists of the Global South stand on guard—not for greenwashing corporations, authoritarian states, or colonial empires—but for collective liberation.

Such a profound piece. Standing firm on decolonial and intersectional feminist principles in 2026 requires immense emotional labor. While we fight for justice, burnout is so real. To sustain this energy, I've learned the importance of radical self-care. After engaging with heavy but vital topics like this, I often head to minigame to play a few simple games and let my mind reset. Taking care of ourselves is part of the resistance. Thank you for this!
