Manushya Foundation stands in loud, unwavering solidarity with the Rohingya people as the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the world’s highest court, opens a historic case to hold the Myanmar state accountable for its acts of genocide ⚖️

Today’s hearing is the first full genocide case at the ICJ in over a decade. What happens here will not stay in Myanmar. It will ripple across the world including South Africa’s case against Israel over its genocidal war on Gaza.
