🏳️‍🌈 On September 23, we celebrate 𝗕𝗶+ 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘆. Despite the fact that bi identities have been around for longer than we can pinpoint, they are often forgotten, misunderstood, or denied in today’s society.

❌ Myths and misconceptions, lack of media representation, or plain bigotry all lead to a phenomenon known as ”bi-erasure.“ In many parts of their lives, bi people go unrecognized and are mistreated for who they are, when they are, in fact, a real group of people with unique experiences and problems.
