🔎 These workshops will contribute to the ACSC/APF 2025 Statement and the Alternative ASEAN 2045 Framework, helping to shape a collective vision for the region over the next two decades. Together, we will look at ASEAN’s digital future — from sovereignty and collective rights to online safety and growing militarization of cyberspace. We aim to challenge existing digital rights frameworks and put forward approaches that reflect the communal, pluralistic values of the Global South while also confronting the urgent task of building a digital space that is safe, democratic, and rooted in civil liberties.
