From Gaza to Sudan, from Congo to Myanmar, from Afghanistan to the heart of every home — the fight for women’s rights is the fight for freedom.
We’re not asking for luxury. We’re demanding the basics: safety, dignity, equality, and the right to exist.
📣 Women’s Rights Are Human Rights.
It sounds simple — and yet, in 2025, millions of women, girls, and trans women are being silenced, abused, killed, and erased for who they are.
• 🇵🇸 In Gaza and 🇸🇩 Sudan, they face bombs, starvation, and brutal gendered violence.
• 🇨🇩 In Congo, conflict-related sexual violence rages on.
• 🇲🇲 In Myanmar, they’re enduring a brutal military junta AND a devastating earthquake.
• 🇦🇫 In Afghanistan, girls are banned from schools, and women are erased from public life.
• ⚖️ Rohingya women still face statelessness, ethnic cleansing, detention, and despair.
• 💔 Everywhere, gender-based violence, pay gaps, and attacks on bodily autonomy threaten our very existence.
✊🏽 At Manushya Foundation, we are loud, proud, and unapologetically feminist. We center Global South women and gender-diverse voices. We decolonize feminism, disrupt power, and ensure that those on the frontlines lead the fight.
This April 1st, we’re not joking.
We’re reclaiming our power.
Because equal rights aren’t radical — they’re fundamental.
