2️⃣ ห้ามออกนอกเคหสถานในเวลา 18.00-06.00 น.
3️⃣ ห้ามทำกิจกรรมที่ทำให้เสื่อมเสียต่อสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ (และสถาบันศาล*)
4️⃣ ห้ามทำกิจกรรม เข้าร่วมการชุมนุมที่ก่อความวุ่นวายต่อบ้านเมือง
5️⃣ ห้ามเดินทางออกนอกราชอาณาจักร โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากศาล
*เงื่อนไขเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมที่กระทบศาลเพิ่งถูกเพิ่มมาล่าสุดนี้ให้กับปนัสยาเท่านั้น
📍 ศาลอาญากรุงเทพใต้มีคำสั่งอนุญาตให้ปล่อยตัวชั่วคราว รุ้ง-ปนัสยา ถึงวันที่ 25 พ.ค. ซึ่งเป็นวันสอบปลายภาควันสุดท้าย ในขณะที่ศาลอาญาให้ประกันตัวถึงวันที่ 16 มิ.ย. ส่วนศาลจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยายกเลิกกำหนดเวลาประกันตัว ก่อนหน้านี้เธอถูกคุมขังเป็นเวลา 17 วัน ก่อนการพิจารณาคดีในคดีหมิ่นสถาบัน

✊️ บนเวทีสิทธิมนุษยชน UPR ครั้งที่ 3 ของไทยเมื่อปีที่แล้ว รัฐบาลได้รับข้อแนะนำ 12 ข้อ ที่ขอให้ไทยยกเลิกมาตรา 112 อันละเมิดสิทธิและเสรีภาพประชาชน มูลนิธิมานุษยะปฏิเสธที่จะเห็นประเทศไทยเดินกลับหลังไปหาสมบูรณาญาสิทธิราชย์ พวกเราขอประกาศยืนหยัดเคียงข้างนักต่อสู้เพื่อประชาธิปไตยทุกคน โดยเฉพาะผู้ที่ถูกรัฐบาลลงโทษอย่างอยุติธรรม! ปล่อยเพื่อนเรา!

#BREAKING #Abolish112 🚨 Benja Apan has been released on bail today until May 22!!️ After 100 days of being detained, Benja was freed under the same 5 conditions as Panusaya "Rung" Sithijirawattanakul, namely:
1️⃣ Wearing an electronic monitoring bracelet at all times
2️⃣ Not leaving her residence from 6 pm to 6 am
3️⃣ Not participating in activities which are damaging to the monarchy (and the courts*)
4️⃣ Not participating in activities or protests which cause chaos
5️⃣ Not leaving the country without the court's permission
*It should be noted that the condition on "activities damaging to the court" has just been added most recently to only Panusaya.
📍 The South Bangkok Criminal Court has ruled to extend Panusaya's bail period to May 25, the last day of final examinations for her current semester, while the Criminal Court extended her bail to June 15, and the Ayutthaya Provincial Court extended it indefinitely. She previously spent 17 days in pre-trial detention on royal defamation charges.
⚠️ Both student activists have been granted bails, but are still taunted with senseless bail conditions! 👥 These two, as well as many others like them, are persecuted simply for exercising their rights to freedoms of expression and assembly. Instead of being heard, they are faced with both physical and legal threats. Most distinctly, the Constitutional Court ruled in November of last year that any calls for a reform of the 'lèse majesté' law are unconstitutional and efforts to overthrow the monarchy.
✊️ During the third UPR Review last year, the Thai government received 12 recommendations on the abolition of Section 112, which threatens the rights and liberties of the Thai people. We at Manushya Foundation refuse to see Thailand step back to absolute monarchy, and we stand by all pro-democracy activists, especially those unjustly punished by the government! Release our friends!
