#BREAKING 🚨 Rangsiman Rome must not be punished for speaking the truth!

#SaveRome #saveโรม 🛑 Opposition Move Forward party MP Rangsiman Rome attended the Bang Khun Non police station today, Friday, 18 March. The MP had been previously summoned several times and a subsequent arrest warrant was issued against him. Rome faces a criminal defamation charge for his critical speech against Deputy Prime Minister Prawit Wongsuwan and the Five Provinces Bordering Forest Preservation Foundation in 2020.

🚨This is a blatant example of the Government trying to push the Move Foward party deputy secretary-general Rome out of his position. If jailed, he would automatically lose his seat in Parliament.

📍Rome is a vivid advocate of the pro-democracy movement. Recently, he also spoke on behalf of a retired police officer, currently in Australian exile, revealing a human trafficking scheme that involves the highest-ranking politicians in Thailand, including PM Prayut.

#WeAreManushyan - Equal Human Beings

✊ Manushya Foundation stands in solidarity with Rangsiman Rome! We call on the Government and the police to immediately drop all charges against him. Banishing political opponents for speaking the truth does not have a place in a democratic society!

✊ Like & share this post to express solidarity with Rangsiman Rome!
