#สิทธิดิจิทัล📱สิทธิมนุษยชนในพื้นที่ออฟไลน์ต้องได้รับการเคารพในพื้นที่ออนไลน์



💫 มูลนิธิมานุษยะทำงานภายใต้แนวคิดที่ว่า “สิทธิดิจิทัลคือสิทธิมนุษยชน" แต่มันหมายความว่าอะไรกันแน่? ⤵️


💻 สิทธิดิจิทัลไม่ได้แตกต่างจากสิทธิถูกระบุไว้ในปฏิญญาสากลว่าด้วยสิทธิมนุษยชน เพียงแต่เป็นสิทธิของเราที่ต้องได้รับการปกป้องในพื้นที่ออนไลน์ สิทธิดิจิทัลเกี่ยวข้องอย่างใกล้ชิดกับเสรีภาพในการแสดงออกและสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัว แต่สิทธิอื่นๆ เช่น เสรีภาพในการชุมนุม สิทธิที่จะมีชีวิต สิทธิในการทำงาน สิทธิด้านสุขภาพ ก็มีความสำคัญไม่แพ้กันและควรได้รับการปกป้องเช่นเดียวกัน
