#Urgent 🚨 Twenty (20) people are being summoned by the police, including our Human Rights Campaign Advisor & LGBTI activist, Nada Chaiyajit; our Board member & LGBTI activist Sirisak Chaited; Sulaiporn Chonwilai and Supecha Baotip from Tamtang Group, for taking the stage during the #MarriageEquality protest at Ratchaprasong Intersection in Bangkok on 28 November 2021, which the police claims was against the COVID-19 restrictions #ม็อบสมรสเท่าเทียม

⚠️ Thailand did not just stop at stripping the LGBTIQ+ community of their right to equality with a homophobic Constitutional Court verdict that says #marriagequality is against the ‘natural order’. Now the government is cracking down on their rights to freedom of expression and peaceful assembly too, by weaponizing the COVID-19 pandemic as its feeble excuse.
