#FreeUyghur: China Must Stop its #Genocide against #UyghurMuslims
Today, 1 October 2021, marks the National Day of the People's Republic of China. But at Manushya Foundation we are not celebrating #ChinaNationalDay!
On this day, at Manushya Foundation, we join the global mobilization to denounce China's human rights crimes and we call on China to #StopUyghurGenocide! We call on everyone to join us in telling the truth behind the #genocide against the Uyghur Muslims, arrested, tortured and killed in concentration camps, with Uyghur Women used as forced labour, being forcibly sterilized, tortured, and raped.
We call on all governments to take a stand against the Chinese government, for its ongoing #HumanRights violations against the Uyghur people and all victims of #CCP repression! Today, we pray for all the victims, for their liberation and mourn those who have been jailed, tortured, and murdered in China's concentration camps.
Today, we also pay tribute to the brave Uyghur Women who escaped the concentration camps and are courageously telling the world about the atrocities they have endured at the hands of the Chinese authorities, so that the world can wake up, can speak up, take actions to #FreeUyghurs and condemn China!
The Chinese state’s cruelties against the Uyghur people are a clear violation of the 1948 United Nations Genocide Convention and they should be held accountable for all the suffering and torture they have caused!
