⚠️กฎหมายไซเบอร์ถูกใช้เป็นอาวุธอีกครั้งโดยกระทรวงดิจิตอลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม (กระทรวงดิจิตอลฯ) เพื่อบล็อกเว็บไซต์ ‘no112.org’ ที่รวบรวมรายชื่อยกเลิกมาตรา 112 ออนไลน์!

👥เสียงของผู้ร่วมลงชื่อกว่า 240,556 คนที่ต้องการยกเลิกกฎหมายหมิ่นประมาทกษัตริย์หรือประมวลกฎหมายอาญามาตรา 112 ถูกทำให้เงียบด้วยข้ออ้างว่า เว็บไซต์ no112.org ละเมิด “พ.ร.บ.ว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ.2550 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม และ/หรือเข้าข่ายการกระทำความผิดตามพ.ร.บ.การพนัน พ.ศ.2478 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม”. #ประยุทธ์ออกไป

🚫 นี่เป็น “อีก” หนึ่งข้อพิสูจน์ว่า รัฐบาลพลเอกประยุทธ์ที่สนับสนุนโดยทหารมุ่งหมายที่จะละเมิด #เสรีภาพในการพูด ในโลกออนไลน์ของพวกเราต่อไป แม้กระทั่งพ.ร.บ.การพนันยังถูกนำมาใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อตอบสนองความมุ่งร้ายนี้!

⁉️ทั้งๆที่เสรีภาพในการพูดและแสดงความคิดเห็นเป็นสิทธิพื้นฐานของคนไทย “ทุกคน” ภายใต้รัฐธรรมนูญ (มาตรา 34-35 ในรัฐธรรมนูญ 2560) ทำไมพวกเราถึงไม่ได้รับอนุญาตตามกฎหมายที่จะแสดงความเห็น เรียกร้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อประชาธิปไตย และวาดฝันถึงอนาคตที่ดีขึ้นเพื่อพวกเราและลูกหลาน? เสรีภาพในการพูดเป็นสิทธิมนุษยชนพื้นฐานที่มนุษย์ “ทุกคน” มีตั้งแต่เกิดซึ่งได้รับความคุ้มครองภายใต้มาตรา 19 ในปฏิญญาสากลว่าด้วยสิทธิมนุษยชนที่มีผลบังคับใช้กับรัฐบาลไทย

❓รัฐบาลไทย “ต้องหยุด” ระบบเผด็จการในโลกออนไลน์ที่ถูก “ตั้งคำถาม” จากทุกคน! หรือนี่คือการปิดปากจากรัฐเพื่อไม่ให้ประชาชนแสดงออกถึงความต้องการในการปฏิรูปสถาบันกษัติรย์ตามระบบรัฐสภา?

✊🏻 เราขอยืนหยัดเคียงข้างกลุ่มราษฎรในการเรียกร้องคำอธิบายที่ชัดเจนจากกระทรวงดิจิตอลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม ถึงเวลาแล้วที่รัฐบาลไทยจะแสดงความจริงใจในการปฏิบัติตามพันธกรณีมนุษยชนระหว่างประเทศ สิทธิดิจิตอลเป็นสิทธิมนุษยชน!

⚠️ The #CyberLaw is once again being weaponized by The Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES) to block the ‘no112.org’ website, a #no112 online petition platform!

👥 The voice of 240,556 petition signees to repeal the draconian Lèse-majesté Law (Section 112 of the Thai Criminal Code) is being silenced under the excuse that the no112.org website violates the "Computer-related Crime Act 2007 (B.E.2550) and its additional amendments and/or the Gambling Act 1935 (B.E.2478) and its additional amendments”.

#PrayutGetOut 🚫 This is ANOTHER testament that the #Prayut military-backed government is determined to keep violating our online #FreedomOfSpeech. It is worsening to the extent that even the Gambling Act is now exploited!

⁉️ While freedom of speech and opinion is a constitutional right guaranteed to ALL in Thailand (Sections 34-35 of the 2017 Constitution), why aren't we allowed to legitimately voice our opinion, demand democratic reforms, and wish for a better future for us and the generations to come? It is a fundamental human right that EVERY human being is entitled to since they were born, as guaranteed under Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), ratified by Thailand.

❓ The systemic digital dictatorship imposed by the Thai government MUST STOP and MUST BE questioned by all! Is it an attempt from Thai authorities to gag its citizens into expressing their desire for royal reform through the parliament?

✊🏻 We stand in solidarity with the Ratsadon (the People) group in demanding a clear explanation from the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society. It is a time for the Thai government to show its sincerity to uphold its international human rights obligations. Digital Rights are Human Rights!
