The Mekong River — lifeline for over 70 million people — is now one of the most plastic-polluted rivers on Earth.
From Chiang Saen to the Mekong Delta, plastic is choking ecosystems, harming wildlife, and endangering our food, water, and future.
While Thailand has banned plastic waste imports in 2025, domestic consumption and cross-border dumping continue to pose significant threats.
✊ We are the first generation to face this scale of crisis. Let’s not be the last to act.
💥 Say no to single-use plastics.
🤝 Demand regional cooperation.
🌊 Protect the river that protects us.
