The holidays look different for everyone. Our #UPR  Capacity-Building Workshop last week was full of passionate discussions, learning moments, and advocacy planning… but we also made sure to have time and space for collective wellbeing and relaxation. Thanks to our partner LBT Wellbeing  (𝗟𝗕𝗧 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴), participants were able to enjoy several 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 throughout the two days of the workshop, including:  Thai herbs for body and mind care  Traditional Thai massage
